Job Description
**Job Title** SaaS Sales Representative – Ontario Market **Role Summary** Drive the expansion of a SaaS platform into the Ontario market by prospecting, presenting, and closing B2B sales with municipalities, recreation organizations, camps, and sports clubs. Manage the full sales lifecycle, forecast pipeline, and collaborate with marketing and customer success to ensure a seamless handoff and long‑term client satisfaction. **Expectations** - Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for the Ontario territory. - Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing. - Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data. - Travel within Ontario and occasionally to Quebec for client meetings and industry events. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute a go‑to‑market strategy for the Ontario region. - Prospect and qualify new leads via cold outreach, networking, and inbound channels. - Conduct product demos and tailored presentations to prospects. - Manage deal negotiation, proposal creation, and contract finalization. - Log activities, update pipeline, and forecast sales accurately in CRM. - Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and with customer success on onboarding and retention. - Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events in Ontario. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of B2B SaaS or technology sales experience. - Proven success in territory development or new market expansion, ideally within Ontario. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English; French is a plus. - Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). - Ability to work independently with a results‑driven mindset. - Comfortable with travel across the province (and occasional Quebec City travel). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - No mandatory certifications, but CRM competency is essential.
