**Job Title:** Marketing Specialist – Brand, Social & Creative
**Role Summary:**
Develop, execute, and maintain cohesive brand and social media strategies that amplify the brand’s compassionate voice across digital platforms. Serve as the brand steward, producing high‑impact creative assets, managing community engagement, and leveraging data to refine campaigns.
**Expactations:**
- Preserve brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all touchpoints.
- Lead end‑to‑end content creation – concept, design, copy, and performance analysis.
- Engage and grow a global online community, responding to interactions authentically.
- Identify and capitalize on cultural moments to position the brand strategically.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align brand initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement integrated brand and social media strategies that enhance reach and perception.
- Conceptualize, produce, and deliver creative assets—including social campaigns, digital ads, brand activations, website copy, and short‑form video content.
- Write compelling platform‑specific copy that balances creativity with clarity.
- Curate and publish engaging visual and video content (reels, TikToks, IG Stories, YouTube shorts).
- Monitor cultural trends, algorithm changes, and audience sentiment to adapt tactics.
- Grow and manage the online community on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Reddit.
- Partner with internal teams to execute brand initiatives across the marketing mix.
- Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and iterate on creative strategies.
- Support additional marketing projects as required in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.
**Required Skills:**
- 3–5 years in brand marketing, social media, or creative content roles (B2B/B2C experience a plus).
- Creative generalist: strong design instinct, copywriting, and storytelling.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and other design/editing tools.
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and emerging trends.
- Strong community management and engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a remote, startup culture.
- Experience in healthcare, mental‑health, or regulated industries preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, social media strategy, or creative design are advantageous.
