**Job Title** Growth Manager **Role Summary** Lead cross‑functional growth initiatives to drive profitable revenue in a fast‑growing ecommerce business. Own the full growth loop—from hypothesis to profit‑driving outcome—by leveraging data, experimentation, and commercial insight while collaborating closely with the Head of Growth, CEO, and senior ecommerce/CRM leaders. **Expactations** - Deliver measurable profit impact through structured growth experiments. - Manage a diversified portfolio of initiatives (pricing, merchandising, offers, shipping, CRO, product launches). - Translate data insights into actionable growth opportunities before they become obvious. - Influence strategic direction and operational execution at the highest level. - Maintain a proactive, detail‑oriented, agile mindset in a small, collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities** - Orchestrate end‑to‑end growth projects: new offers, discount architecture, bundles, pricing strategy, AOV optimisation, referral programs, and launch plans. - Design and execute structured experiments at every stage of the customer journey, analyse results, and scale successful tactics. - Identify and prioritise hidden growth opportunities using deep data analysis (retention loops, LTV maximisation, margin optimisation). - Serve as the commercial driver alongside the Head of Growth and CEO, surfacing insights, trends, and hands‑on problem‑solving. - Collaborate with senior ecommerce and CRM managers to design and implement revenue‑driving initiatives across the platform. **Required Skills** - 3–5 years’ experience leading growth projects in a fast‑growing ecommerce environment. - Proven ability to deliver cross‑functional initiatives with substantive profit impact. - Advanced understanding of ecommerce commercial metrics: contribution margin, CAC/LTV, pricing, and website monetisation. - Strong analytical and experiment design skills; proficiency with data tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics). - Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management. - Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a small, agile team. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - Preferred certifications: Google Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or similar data‑analytics credentials.
