**Job Title** Marketing Executive **Role Summary** Drive marketing communications for a property development portfolio, overseeing collateral creation, copywriting, and omni‑channel campaigns (digital and print). Lead social media, PPC, and stakeholder engagement to support continuous property launches. **Expectations** - Execute on campaign schedules and quality standards, delivering results in a fast‑paced, high‑volume launch environment. - Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align messaging across all marketing touch‑points. - Provide actionable insights through regular performance reporting and continuous optimisation. **Key Responsibilities** - Project‑manage and update marketing collateral (brochures, floor plans, website content). - Write, edit, and proof marketing copy for websites, emails, brochures, and other assets. - Own all internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency. - Create and present campaign concepts to senior stakeholders. - Oversee day‑to‑day social media and PPC campaigns (paid and organic), applying current digital marketing trends. - Produce monthly performance reports and recommend optimisations. **Required Skills** - 2+ years of B2C real‑estate marketing experience. - Strong copywriting and editing abilities. - Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, social media dashboards). - Campaign planning, execution, and analytics. - Project management and cross‑functional collaboration. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to adapt quickly in a high‑volume launch environment. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). - Relevant marketing certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
