Leading Property Developer - Marketing Executive - £40,000-£45,000 - Asap start - London

New launch taking place each month next year. Huge pipeline in place across North & South London!

The role sits within a team of 8 in marketing but has mass expansion plans!

Some Key Duties

Project manage and amend when needed when needed key collaterals: brochures, digital content, websites, floor plans.
Writing and proofing copy for a range of marketing platforms & materials including websites, emails and brochures
To take the lead on all communications across the business
To deliver campaign idea's to key stakeholders
Work with appointed digital & offline agencies
Lead the day-to-day management of the social media/PPC campaigns: paid and organic, incorporating the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing
Prepare monthly reports

Experience

At least 2 years’ marketing experience within B2C real estate
