Job Description
Job title: Senior Paid Media Manager Role Summary: Own and scale paid acquisition across digital channels, driving high‑intent traffic and conversion for a fintech mortgage platform. Deliver data‑driven optimisations, campaign planning, and performance reporting to achieve cost‑efficient growth. Expactations: • 5+ years of paid media experience (PPC/performance marketing). • Proven management of £1M+ Google Ads budgets. • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Ads, Bing, GA, and paid media tools. • Data‑driven, bias for action, and ability to translate insights into growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC campaigns. • Analyse landing page and funnel performance; run A/B tests to boost CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. • Develop audience segmentation and remarketing strategies across Paid Search, Email, and SMS. • Manage multi‑channel budgets (including £1M+ spend) to reduce CPA and improve CAC efficiency. • Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Looker, and internal dashboards. • Produce regular performance reports on spend, conversions, CAC, and growth trends. • Provide actionable insights to influence product, content, and growth strategy. Required Skills: • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid media platforms. • Expertise in Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, and conversion tracking. • A/B testing, funnel analysis, and optimisation techniques. • Budget management and ROAS optimisation. • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills. • Self‑motivated with a bias for rapid experimentation and impact. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). • Google Ads Certification (optional but advantageous).
