The Opportunity

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Paid Media Manager to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy, drive high-intent traffic, and scale performance across the entire funnel. This is a hands-on role with high autonomy and real influence - the chance to shape the growth engine of one of the UK’s fastest-growing fintechs.

The work you will do matters. Every campaign, every optimisation, every idea contributes directly to someone getting the home they often never thought they could have. You’ll work alongside people who care deeply about the mission and who move fast, collaborate, and take pride in the impact we make for customers every day.

What You'll Be Doing

Traffic & Conversion Optimisation
Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Analyse behaviour across landing pages & funnels
Run A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates and ROI
Build segmentation and remarketing strategies
Oversee multi-channel campaigns across PPC, Email & SMS
Adapt quickly to performance data to reduce CPA and boost CAC efficiency

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Looker & internal tools
Report on spend, conversion rates, CAC & performance trends
Deliver insights that shape growth, product and content strategy

What You'll Bring

5+ years’ experience in PPC/performance marketing
Proven experience managing £1M+ Google PPC budgets
Strong analytical and optimisation skills
Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, GA, and paid media tooling
A data-driven mindset and a bias for action
