**Job Title:** Corporate Partnership Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement and institutionalize a replicable framework for building and sustaining long‑term corporate partnerships aligned with climate, biodiversity, and social equity goals. Deliver a clear engagement strategy, partnership process manual, and a feedback loop to measure impact, while mentoring an intern for continuity.
**Expectations:**
- Complete a comprehensive corporate landscape analysis and partnership mapping.
- Deliver a strategic engagement document, a step‑by‑step partnership framework with templates, and a performance & impact tracking system.
- Secure at least three partnership leads or active negotiations within a 3‑month timeframe.
- Mentor an intern in partnership management, documentation, and reporting.
- Provide an end‑of‑contract summary and scale‑up recommendations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Map and analyze sectors for alignment with sustainability objectives.
- Define value propositions, partnership tiers, and outreach roadmaps.
- Create a decision‑making tool to assess partnership suitability.
- Develop templates for outreach, onboarding, reporting, and impact measurement.
- Align all partnership materials with brand identity and messaging.
- Design and implement a transparent feedback and learning loop for environmental, social, and cultural outcomes.
- Pilot the framework with 2–3 target corporations, refine processes, and report results.
- Mentor an intern through structured sessions to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Produce final deliverables: Strategic Document, Framework Manual, Impact System, and Scale Recommendations.
**Required Skills:**
- Strategic thinking and framework design.
- Proven experience in corporate partnership development, especially in sustainability, climate, or biodiversity contexts.
- Strong analytical and project‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Proficiency in creating templates, tools, and impact‑tracking systems.
- Knowledge of carbon reduction, biodiversity restoration, and social equity metrics.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (equivalent).
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., GRI, ISO 14001, Sustainable Development Goal competency, or climate‑impact assessment) are a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in corporate partnership or sustainability program management.
