**Job Title:** Sr Business Analyst
**Role Summary:**
Senior business analyst responsible for independently managing end‑to‑end business analysis across a 12+ month hybrid contract. Drives solution vision through design thinking, Agile collaboration, and stakeholder facilitation. Captures requirements, designs workflows, and translates business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, data maps, and UI wireframes to support technology outcomes.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver high‑quality business analysis, backlog grooming, and backlog prioritization for Agile/Kanban teams.
- Communicate effectively with business partners, architects, and developers to influence design decisions and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
- Conduct user research, workshops, and cross‑functional meetings to surface insights and drive decisions.
- Manage multiple project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations within a matrixed organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Independently conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to uncover business problems and opportunities.
- Draft epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mapping, data flows, UI wireframes, and current/future state workflows.
- Facilitate workshops and cross‑functional meetings to make decisions and advance solution design.
- Groom backlog, prioritize items, and contribute to the roadmap, milestones, and enabling capabilities.
- Advocate for business needs with development teams, ensuring technology solutions align with objectives.
- Build and maintain professional relationships, influencing stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Document meetings, decisions, and deliverables; communicate in both written and verbal formats.
- Continuously deepen domain expertise in asset management and Parametric’s technology landscape.
**Required Skills:**
- >15 years in Business Analysis / Product Owner roles.
- Advanced Agile/Kanban experience.
- Strong data querying, mapping, and documentation (SQL, Excel).
- Proficient with workflow and diagram tools (Visio/Lucid).
- Expertise in Jira and Confluence for backlog management.
- Design thinking methodology; ability to iterate on hypotheses.
- Excellent facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, dynamic environments, and tight deadlines.
- Ability to independently manage timelines and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Minimum 15 years of professional business analysis experience.
