Job title: Program Manager (Salesforce Program)
Role Summary: Owns and drives the end‑to‑end implementation of Salesforce initiatives, delivering a unified platform that meets business, technical, and quality goals. Manages a multi‑vendor program, ensures governance, risk control, and stakeholder alignment to achieve the organization’s Big Ideas.
Expectations:
- Deliver the Salesforce program on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with senior leadership, business SMEs, and technical teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the Salesforce vision, strategy, and roadmap; align initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, create and maintain program plans, WBS, schedules, and dashboards.
- Oversee end‑to‑end lifecycle of Salesforce projects: application rewrite, org setup, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud/AI, application migration, and licensing alignment.
- Manage vendor relationships, facilitate procurement, and execute contract deliverables.
- Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across all Salesforce implementations.
- Drive process improvement and best practices in CRM adoption, data quality, and automation.
- Coordinate change management, training, and user adoption programs.
- Produce KPI dashboards, reports, and status updates for leadership.
Required Skills:
- Proven project management experience in complex technology rollouts, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration, and automation tools.
- Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and compliance standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple vendors.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification a plus.
