**Job Title:** Growth Marketing Associate
**Role Summary:**
Execute end‑to‑end growth marketing initiatives across paid, organic, and email/SMS channels. Produce and optimize short‑form video and graphic content, manage social and advertising platforms, coordinate influencer partnerships, and deliver data‑driven insights to accelerate brand growth in a fast‑paced startup environment.

- Produce timely, data‑informed iterations to improve engagement and ROI.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create short‑form videos, graphics, and social posts for ads and organic channels.
- Edit videos with captions, music, hooks, and format adjustments for each platform.
- Upload and manage ads on Meta, Google, AppLovin, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Apply copy testing, track performance, and replace underperforming creatives.
- Post daily on social media, respond to comments, and repurpose winning organic content into paid media.
- Build, segment, and schedule Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, conduct testing.
- Organize, label, and archive marketing assets, preserving top‑performers.
- Coordinate influencer and affiliate outreach, send samples, and track submissions.
- Monitor ad performance and engagement metrics, document insights, and iterate creatives.
- Research emerging social media and advertising trends, propose new concepts.
**Required Skills:**
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience creating short‑form videos and graphics (CapCut, Canva, Premiere).
- Proficient in posting and managing social platform content.
- Strong copywriting for blogs, emails, and SMS.
- Ability to analyze data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize paid media.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of juggling multiple projects.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and action‑oriented.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field (preferred).
- Certifications in digital marketing or advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads) or content creation tools are advantageous.
