At In Good Taste Wines, you’ll join a fast-growing, creative startup that’s redefining how people discover and enjoy wine. We are the category leader of premium single serve vino and sell 3 million bottles+ per year. You’ll get hands-on ownership of real growth initiatives across paid, social, content, partnerships, and product launches, working directly with the founder and a small team that punches above its weight.

What You’ll Do:
Create Content: Produce short-form videos, graphics, and social posts for ads and organic social. Edit videos with captions, music, hooks, and multiple formats for each platform.
Run Ads: Upload ads to Meta, Google, AppLovin, Pinterest, and other platforms. Apply and test copy, track performance, and replace underperforming ads.
Manage Organic Channels: Post social content daily, respond to comments, and repurpose organic winners into paid media winners
Support Email & SMS: Build and schedule campaigns in Klaviyo, including segmentation and testing.
Maintain Assets: Organize photos, videos, and other marketing assets. Label top-performing content and archive outdated versions.
Assist with Influencers & Affiliates: Help coordinate outreach, send samples, and track content submissions.
Track & Iterate: Monitor ad performance and engagement metrics, document insights, and make small, data-informed tweaks to creative.
Spot Trends: Research emerging social media and ad trends to inspire new content and campaigns.
What You Bring:
2-4 years of hands-on experience creating short-form videos and graphics (CapCut, Canva, Premiere).
Comfortable posting and managing content on social platforms.
Strong writing skills for blogs, email, and SMS.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
Self-motivated, fast-moving, and loves rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
