Lead Marketing & Growth Officer - RPM Pickleball

About Us

RPM Pickleball is a fast-growing sports startup co-founded with pro pickleball champion James Ignatowich. We design premium paddles and are building a brand to match the momentum of one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S.

The Role

We're looking for a key early hire to join us full time in Boca Raton. Officially the role is Lead Marketing & Growth Officer, but the reality is broader: you'll be a core part of our small team, wearing many hats, adapting as priorities shift, and helping us scale quickly. You'll have the chance to directly shape RPM's growth and work side-by-side with the founders every day.

What You'll Do

Drive RPM's brand presence across social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Plan and manage content calendars, launches, and campaigns
Support ambassador and wholesale programs (communications, marketing, logistics)
Help build out email marketing, Shopify promotions, and e-commerce strategy
Oversee creative direction for ads, product launches, and web content
Track performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies on the fly
Jump into whatever's needed in a given week -- from coordinating photo/video shoots to brainstorming grassroots campaigns to supporting partner activations

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth roles
Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and energized by shifting priorities
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends
Ability to create or guide content (copy, graphics, or video a plus)
Local to Boca Raton / South Florida (in-person role)

Nice-to-Have Skills

Canva/Photoshop/graphic design
Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Shopify/e-commerce tools
Ambassador/influencer program management
Event coordination and activation experience
