**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager Senior **Role Summary:** Lead end-to-end implementation, adoption, and growth for enterprise clients of a SaaS payment‑orchestration platform. Own account health, drive upsell, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery to ensure high satisfaction and retention. **Expectations:** - 3 + years in Customer Success within SaaS or payment services. - 1 + year managing enterprise onboarding or integration projects. - Native‑level French, fluent English. - Structured, analytical, autonomous, and client‑centric. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the implementation lifecycle from contract sign‑off to go‑live. - Coordinate integration activities with client IT and payment service providers. - Facilitate kick‑off meetings, workshops, and recurring business reviews. - Conduct configuration testing and support post‑go‑live operational stability. - Track and analyze adoption KPIs (NPS, usage rate, active users). - Generate monthly account summary reports and action plans. - Identify revenue growth and upsell opportunities per account. - Expand platform usage across entire contractual scope of each client. - Monitor coverage rates, margin performance, and coverage gaps. - Manage Jira ticketing, triage issues, and close tickets. - Maintain and update internal/external FAQs and user documentation. - Liaise with PSP partners to optimize integrations and service levels. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams for continuous improvement. **Required Skills:** - Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides. - Comfortable with APIs, payment flows, and PSP ecosystems. - Strong KPI monitoring and data‑driven decision making. - Experience with Jira ticketing and documentation tools. - Account management, upsell, and sales skills. - Project management in an enterprise software context. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent (Bac + 3/5). - No mandatory certifications, but familiarity with SaaS CS frameworks (e.g., SuccessHACKER, Gainsight) is a plus.
