**Job Title:** RVP Enterprise Sales **Role Summary:** Executive Sales Leader responsible for driving net‑new enterprise revenue in Southern Europe for a global SaaS vendor. Leads a high‑performing hunter team, establishes market presence, and collaborates across partner ecosystems. **Expectations:** - Deliver aggressive new business targets and rapid revenue growth in Southern Europe. - Lead and develop a 7‑person enterprise AEs team with a focus on hunter mindset. - Navigate and optimize partner co‑sell engagements. - Provide strategic direction to regional and global sales leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Head the Southern Europe enterprise sales operation, setting and achieving quarterly and annual revenue goals. - Recruit, coach, and mentor enterprise AEs, managing performance through clear metrics and coaching cycles. - Drive new business acquisition via business‑led motion, particularly within ProcureTech verticals. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of large, complex SaaS deals. - Collaborate with partner ecosystem to co‑sell and close joint opportunities. - Communicate results and strategic insights to global sales leadership. - Expand market penetration in the Nordics and Southern Europe, leveraging local insights. **Required Skills:** - Demonstrated success leading enterprise hunter teams selling large SaaS solutions. - Deep knowledge of ProcureTech and business‑led sales cycles. - Proven track record in partner co‑sell environments. - Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance‑management capabilities. - Decisive, high‑energy operator who drives action and adapts quickly. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred). - Relevant sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, SAP, Salesforce).
