Balances deep technical expertise with commercial acumen and executive‑level presentation skills. **Job Title** Senior Customer Success Manager **Role Summary** Lead and nurture relationships with mid‑market and enterprise customers to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion of a cloud‑based SaaS platform.
