**Job Title:** Product Manager – Gestionnaire de produit
**Role Summary:**
Lead the strategy, development, and market adoption of AutomotiveGPT and related AI‑powered solutions, ensuring high‑quality, scalable conversational experiences for automotive dealerships.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver product roadmaps that drive growth and customer value.
- Bridge technical, commercial, and customer success teams to launch features on schedule.
- Own performance metrics, iterate based on data, and maintain competitive advantage in B2B automotive SaaS.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define and execute AI product strategy, including roadmapping for AutomotiveGPT and automation workflows.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and industry partners to prioritize and launch new capabilities.
- Partner with AI/ML engineering on NLP, conversational AI, and CRM integrations (DealerSocket, VinSolutions, ELead, etc.).
- Conduct dealership research, analyze usage data, and synthesize customer insights into product improvements.
- Monitor conversation quality, engagement, and KPIs; drive continuous optimization through A/B testing and analytics.
- Support enterprise client engagements and expansion initiatives within the automotive tech ecosystem.
**Required Skills:**
- 4–5+ years product management in B2B SaaS, preferably AI/ML or automotive.
- Proven track record launching AI‑powered products in fast‑paced, high‑growth settings.
- Hands‑on AI/ML experience (conversational AI, NLP, LLMs).
- Strong knowledge of APIs, SaaS architecture, integration (CRM, messaging) and SDLC.
- Data‑driven mindset: analytics, A/B testing, performance optimization.
- Excellent communication in English; bilingual English/French is a strong asset.
- Strategic thinking, roadmap creation, and collaborative leadership across distributed teams.
- Customer‑focused research approach and adaptability to hybrid, rapid environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Optional: Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing).
