As we expand our AutomotiveGPT and Matador Superhuman AI technologies, we’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of conversational AI in automotive.
What You’ll Do
As Product Manager, you’ll guide product strategy and evolution, working with advanced AI and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional dealership experiences.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Strategy: Define and execute roadmaps for AutomotiveGPT, our platform, and automation workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and industry experts to launch new features.
Technical Development: Partner with AI/ML engineers on conversational AI, NLP, and CRM integrations (DealerSocket, VinSolutions, ELead, etc.).
Customer Insights: Research dealerships, analyze product data, and turn feedback into improvements.
Performance Optimization: Monitor conversation quality, engagement, and KPIs to enhance automation effectiveness.
Market Growth: Support enterprise client discussions and expansion in automotive tech.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
4–5+ years in B2B SaaS product management (AI/ML or automotive preferred).
Proven success launching AI-powered products.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Technical Skills
AI/ML Expertise: Hands-on with conversational AI, NLP, or ML.
Platform Development: Knowledge of APIs, integrations, SaaS architecture, and SDLC.
Data-Driven: Strong analytics, A/B testing, performance optimization.
Integration Experience: Familiar with CRMs, messaging, or automation (automotive = strong asset).
Core Competencies
Clear communicator, able to explain AI concepts to technical & non-technical audiences (bilingual English/French = strong asset).
Strategic thinker who turns market needs into roadmaps.
Collaborative leader comfortable with distributed teams.
Customer-focused, research-driven, and adaptable to hybrid, fast-moving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LLMs, GPT-based systems, or enterprise AI platforms.
Knowledge of automotive tech, dealership ops, or regulated industries.
Familiarity with AI ethics and bias mitigation.

Vous serez responsable de la stratégie et de l’évolution produit, en travaillant avec des technologies d’IA avancées et des équipes multidisciplinaires.
Responsabilités principales
Stratégie IA : Définir et exécuter les feuilles de route pour AutomotiveGPT et nos flux d’automatisation.
Collaboration : Travailler avec l’ingénierie, le design, les ventes, le service client et nos experts.
Développement technique : Collaborer avec les ingénieurs IA/ML sur le NLP et les intégrations CRM.
Voix du client : Effectuer recherches et analyses, transformer les retours en améliorations.
Optimisation : Suivre la qualité des conversations, l’engagement et les KPIs.
Croissance : Participer aux discussions techniques et soutenir l’expansion.
Profil recherché
Expérience
4–5+ ans en gestion de produit SaaS B2B, idéalement IA/ML ou automobile.
Succès démontré dans le lancement de produits IA.
Expérience en environnement technologique rapide.
Compétences techniques
Expertise pratique en IA/ML, NLP, IA conversationnelle.
Bonne compréhension des API, intégrations et architecture SaaS.
Compétences analytiques solides (A/B testing, optimisation, outils analytiques).
Familiarité avec les systèmes CRM et plateformes de messagerie (atout automobile).
Compétences clés
Communicateur(trice) clair(e), à l’aise en anglais et français (atout majeur).
Vision stratégique et capacité à élaborer des feuilles de route.
Leadership collaboratif et expérience avec équipes distribuées.
Orientation client et agilité en milieu hybride rapide.
