Job Description: **Job Title** House Manager (m/f) **Role Summary** Provide daily support to beneficiaries in a social inclusion setting, managing individual and shared living spaces, fostering autonomy, and coordinating with multidisciplinary staff. **Expectations** Assume responsibility for beneficiary care within the scope of senior supervision, maintain high quality of service, adapt to varied daily demands, and ensure compliance with organisational policies. **Key Responsibilities** - Prepare accommodation for new and existing beneficiaries (rooms, food and sanitary kits). - Accompany beneficiaries in daily activities to promote independence and inclusion. - Manage, clean, and maintain individual rooms and communal areas, including kitchen and common spaces. - Prepare meals in accordance with nutritional requirements. - Communicate relevant information to the educational team and other support staff. - Enforce house rules and operational procedures. - Mediate and regulate interactions among residents to maintain harmony. - Refer residents to social workers or other professionals based on identified needs. - Assist in promoting and communicating the organization’s activities. - Transport residents to appointments or external services. - Design and facilitate collective workshops that reinforce best practices and social cohesion. - Initiate activities that showcase residents’ strengths, ensuring safety supervision. **Required Skills** - Strong organisational and time‑management abilities. - Effective verbal and written communication. - Commitment to quality and attention to detail. - Ability to support beneficiaries toward greater autonomy and social inclusion. - Autonomy, adaptability, discretion, and versatility. - Team‑working and collaborative mindset. - Dynamism and efficiency in task execution. - Frequent departmental travel (valid driving licence B). **Required Education & Certifications** - No specific academic qualification required. - Valid driving licence Category B is mandatory.
