**Job Title:** Artificial Intelligence Consultant
**Role Summary:**
Provide end‑to‑end AI strategy, design, and implementation services, guiding organizations through the full machine learning model lifecycle—from requirement gathering through deployment and monitoring—while leveraging next‑generation AI architectures (e.g., GenAI, agentic orchestration, SLMs, graph reasoning). Influence executive decision‑making and drive measurable business outcomes in fast‑evolving contexts.
**Expectations:**
- Lead, manage, or substantially contribute to advanced AI/ML teams.
- Own the end‑to‑end model lifecycle with high coding standards and version control.
- Deliver impactful AI solutions that adapt to ambiguous or rapidly changing business scenarios.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and peer teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct requirements analysis and feasibility studies for AI initiatives.
2. Design, prototype, and implement machine learning / deep learning models in production environments using CI/CD pipelines.
3. Perform rigorous model validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement; manage A/B tests, data drift detection, and performance regression.
4. Incorporate advanced AI techniques such as generative AI, agentic orchestration, large‑scale language models, and graph‑based reasoning where appropriate.
5. Mentor and lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring high code quality, documentation, and reproducibility.
6. Translate business objectives into actionable AI roadmaps and communicate technical ROI to senior leadership.
**Required Skills:**
- Hands‑on design, development, and deployment of production‑grade ML/DL models.
- Deep understanding of model lifecycle (requirements, design reviews, coding, training, validation, monitoring, iterative improvement).
- Experience with modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and serving (ONNX, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe).
- Knowledge of GenAI, agentic orchestration, large‑scale language models, and graph reasoning frameworks.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross‑team collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non‑technical executive audiences.
- Problem‑solving in ambiguous or high‑velocity business environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Cloud ML Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer) highly valued.
