Requirements

Evidence of leading, managing, or significantly contributing to advanced AI, ML, or analytics teams.
Hands-on expertise designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models in production environments.
Practical experience in model lifecycle: requirements, design reviews, code quality, training, validation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with next-gen AI architectures: GenAI, agentic orchestration, SLMs, graph reasoning, or similar.
Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills to influence at the executive and peer level.
Proven ability to deliver solutions and measurable impact in ambiguous or fast-evolving business contexts.
