Job Description
**Job Title:** Digital Solutions Engineer **Role Summary:** Short‑term (6‑month) technical specialist responsible for designing, building, and deploying digital solutions that automate processes, improve collaboration, and integrate enterprise systems. Works closely with client‑facing consultants to translate business requirements into functional implementations using AI, Power Platform, and related tools. **Expectations:** - 6‑month contract, 40 hrs/week, 3 days hybrid onsite. - Availability for occasional out‑of‑hours support (security incidents, deployments, critical incidents). - Deliver quality, documented solutions that meet defined requirements and timelines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze client needs gathered by consultants and develop detailed solution designs. - Configure, integrate, and customize Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and other platforms. - Build and test automated workflows, data pipelines, and AI‑enabled features (LLMs, ML models). - Connect APIs and existing enterprise systems to create seamless end‑to‑end processes. - Document solution architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. - Provide technical guidance and training to end users and consultant teams. - Monitor solution performance, resolve defects, and ensure 24/7 business continuity. - Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams for complex development or escalation. **Required Skills:** - Strong experience with AI/ML, especially Large Language Models and related implementations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). - API integration and enterprise system connectivity expertise. - Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design. - Process automation and workflow design. - Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNow configuration. - Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management. - Ability to provide end‑user training and technical consultation. - Iterative development mindset; starts simple, adds complexity. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Valid certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals/Developer or Azure AI Engineer Associate are advantageous. ---
