Job Description

Job title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and scale production-ready AI agents and supporting services within a remote, enterprise‑scale AI platform. Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver secure, cloud‑native solutions for public sector and national security applications. Expactations: • Deliver end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions, from research to production deployment. • Maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability. • Keep abreast of cutting‑edge agent orchestration frameworks and integrate them into operational workflows. • Participate in cross‑functional collaboration with cloud, security, and product teams. Key Responsibilities: • Architect and implement AI agents using modern frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP, etc.). • Train, evaluate, and fine‑tune ML and deep learning models for production workloads. • Deploy models and agent services to cloud environments (Azure preferred; also AWS, GCP, Oracle). • Build and maintain scalable, secure inference pipelines and monitoring dashboards. • Work closely with security and compliance teams to meet government and defense requirements. • Communicate technical progress and strategy to executive stakeholders. Required Skills: • 3+ years of hands‑on AI/ML engineering experience. • Strong proficiency with mainstream ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn, etc.). • Experience with agent orchestration technologies (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP or similar). • Cloud platform expertise (Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, or Oracle Cloud). • Knowledge of data pipelines, model deployment, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with security best practices and compliance for government/defense projects. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related data field. • US citizenship required; potential security clearance may be required.
