Job Description

Job Title Artificial Intelligence Engineer – AI Automation Developer (N8N & Agentic Systems) Role Summary Develop and deploy AI‑driven automation solutions using N8N workflows, LLM integration, and agentic systems. Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to produce production‑ready pipelines that connect enterprise systems with advanced AI models. Expectations - Deliver complex N8N workflows within project timelines. - Rapidly learn and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and multilingual LLM services. - Maintain high performance of prompt engineering and data ingestion pipelines. - Communicate progress and technical decisions to cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Design, code, and optimize N8N workflow automations that orchestrate AI models. 2. Build custom Nodes and integrate LLMs, OpenAI, Anthropic, or in‑house APIs into automation pipelines. 3. Develop agentic AI systems; prototype multi‑agent orchestration using MCP, A2A, or similar protocols. 4. Collaborate with data scientists to deploy RAG or other retrieval‑augmented mechanisms in workflows. 5. Implement data ingestion, transformation, and API integration pipelines connecting AI models with enterprise systems. 6. Perform prompt engineering and fine‑tuning to maximize LLM performance across workflows. 7. Test, troubleshoot, and document production‑ready automation solutions. Required Skills - 9+ months N8N development experience with complex workflow implementations. - Advanced LLM prompt engineering and fine‑tuning. - Hands‑on API integration and data ingestion/transformations. - Familiarity with RAG engineering (beneficial). - Experience in agentic AI development (several months). - Knowledge of AI orchestration, multi‑agent systems, and automation‑first approaches. - Proficiency with open‑source AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain). - Strong scripting skills in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, or related field. - Certifications in AI or ML (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud AI) preferred but not mandatory.
