AI Automation Developer - N8N & Agentic Systems

Join ZON's elite AI team as an AI Automation Developer, working alongside top-tier researchers and engineers to build new types of cutting-edge automation solutions. We're seeking a resourceful, learning-driven developer to accelerate our AI-first automation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement complex N8N workflows for AI-driven business automation
Develop agentic AI systems and integrate LLM capabilities into automation pipelines
Collaborate with AI researchers and data scientists to deploy production-ready solutions
Build custom nodes and integrations connecting AI models with enterprise systems
Optimize prompt engineering for maximum AI performance across workflows
Integrate various AI tools and agents using MCP, A2A and various API’s

Required Qualifications

9+ months hands-on N8N development experience with complex workflow implementations
Demonstrated LLM prompt engineering expertise
Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to emerging AI technologies
Experience building API integrations and handling data ingestion and transformations
Experience with RAG engineering is beneficial, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

Several months of agentic AI development experience
Familiarity with AI orchestration and multi-agent systems
Background in automation-first development approaches
Experience with open-source AI frameworks
