Job Description
Job Title: Director of Artificial Intelligence Role Summary: Lead enterprise AI and automation initiatives across onshore and offshore teams, develop AI strategy, deploy solutions, and integrate AI into Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering functions. Expectations: Deliver measurable business impact through AI, set governance, identify automation opportunities, mentor teams, remain current with AI trends, and manage 10% travel. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute AI strategy aligned with business goals. - Oversee end‑to‑end AI/ML and RPA projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and efficiency. - Lead cross‑functional teams (AI, data science, engineering, business units). - Guide governance, ethics, and compliance for AI deployments. - Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across processes. - Mentor and coach technical and business stakeholders. - Manage vendor relationships and technology selection (UiPath, Power Automate, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric). - Monitor KPI outcomes, provide status reporting, and adjust strategy as needed. - Travel to regional sites and client engagements as required (≈10%). Required Skills: - Leadership and stakeholder management. - Hands‑on experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, and related data‑science tooling. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities. - Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and regulatory considerations. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - Proven track record leading enterprise AI, ML, and automation projects. - U.S. work authorization required.
