We’re hiring a Director of AI & Automation to lead transformative AI initiatives across the U.S. and India. You’ll manage onshore and offshore teams, shape enterprise AI strategy, deploy intelligent solutions, and integrate AI across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering.
This isn’t just RPA—you’ll innovate beyond traditional IT, set governance standards, identify automation opportunities, mentor teams, and stay ahead of emerging AI trends. Travel is ~10%.
What We’re Looking For:
You bring a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, plus proven experience leading enterprise AI, ML, and automation projects. You’re hands-on with UiPath, Power Automate, Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, Python, and SQL. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. U.S. work authorization is required.
