**Role Summary:**
Lead and execute the global brand and consumer marketing strategy for a pioneering lifestyle‑and‑hospitality platform that blends culture, entertainment, and experience. Drive brand definition, storytelling, and market execution to create culturally relevant, globally recognized consumer connections.
**Expectations:**
- Demonstrate 15+ years of senior international marketing experience, preferably within lifestyle, fashion, entertainment, or fast‑moving agency environments.
- Translate creative concepts into measurable business outcomes at a global scale.
- Build and scale diverse, cross‑functional marketing teams, fostering collaboration with regional and commercial stakeholders.
- Own and manage the direct‑to‑consumer ecosystem, integrating CRM, data analytics, and digital performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Global Brand Strategy:**
- Define and communicate the brand vision and positioning across all markets.
- Align brand strategy with commercial objectives and product roadmap.
2. **Campaign Leadership:**
- Conceptualize, launch, and oversee high‑impact go‑to‑market campaigns for brand launches and repositionings.
