V&C Associates are partnering on one of the UK’s largest luxury purpose-built accommodation projects.

Our clients is looking for an inspiring General Manager for a 6 month fixed-term contract starting in January to lead operations, deliver an exceptional student experience, and drive commercial success across our properties. You will managing 3 sites across Oxford city center.

The Role

As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full customer journey—from creating a welcoming, safe community to achieving occupancy and revenue goals. You’ll lead a passionate on-site team to run efficient, high-performing properties that residents love to call home.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver an outstanding resident experience.
Drive revenue growth and high occupancy through smart commercial thinking and strong partnerships.
Ensure properties are clean, compliant, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Build positive relationships with universities, local communities, and residents.
Take ownership of financial performance, cost control, and capital planning.
Promote sustainability, well being, and engagement across teams and residents.
Managing multi-sites, full driving license required
