Job Description
**Job Title** VP of Sales **Role Summary** Contract‑based executive responsible for driving revenue growth in the US pharma, biotech, and CRO markets by selling MRI‑based neuroimaging diagnostics. Leads sales strategy, pipeline development, and key account management to achieve annual targets and support clinical trial integration. **Expectations** - Achieve and surpass annual sales targets. - Build a robust pipeline covering neurological and psychiatric indications. - Develop and execute strategic account plans, including proposals, pricing, and contracting. - Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. - Represent the company at major scientific conferences and client meetings. **Key Responsibilities** - Own and deliver annual sales targets. - Build and manage a robust pipeline across neurological and psychiatric indications. - Develop strategic account plans and lead proposals, pricing, and contracting. - Collaborate with science and tech teams to create tailored solutions for clinical trial needs. - Represent OBD at key industry conferences and client meetings. **Required Skills** - 3–5 years of senior sales or business development experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO. - Proven track record of closing $3–5 M in enterprise deals. - Deep knowledge of clinical trial processes and consultative selling techniques. - Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and proposal development abilities. - Excellent communication skills and ability to travel to conferences and client sites. **Required Education & Certifications** - Relevant scientific or academic background, preferably in neurology or psychiatry. - Advanced degree or certifications in life science sales or related fields is an advantage.
