Oxford Brain Diagnostics (OBD) is on a mission to transform brain health assessment and accelerate drug development for Alzheimer’s and other neurological disorders. We’re seeking a contract-based VP of Sales to join our growing commercial team as we continue to expand in the US and drive revenue growth across pharma and biotech sectors. This role offers the chance to sell breakthrough MRI-based diagnostics technology directly impacting drug development and patient care.

The role includes travel to major scientific conferences, with a competitive contracting rate plus bonus for hitting ambitious sales targets. This is a unique chance to join a small, growing and mission-driven team at the forefront of brain health innovation.

What you’ll do:

·      Own and deliver annual sales targets.

·      Build and manage a robust pipeline across neurological and psychiatric indications.

·      Develop strategic account plans and lead proposals, pricing, and contracting.

·      Collaborate with science and tech teams to create tailored solutions for clinical trial needs.

·      Represent OBD at key industry conferences and client meetings.

What we’re looking for:

·      3–5 years of senior sales/business development experience in pharma/biotech or CRO.

·      Proven track record of closing $3–5M in deals.

·      Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and consultative selling.

·      Relevant scientific/academic education (preferably neurology/psychiatry).

Location: US-based (East or West Coast preferred), home office with travel.

Contract: 12 months, competitive rate + performance bonus.
