Job Description
**Job Title:** Sales Specialist – North Region **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth in the designated northern territory by prospecting, acquiring, and expanding a portfolio of B2B customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and ensure timely order fulfillment. **Expectations:** - Achieve or exceed regional sales targets and revenue goals. - Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships. - Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports on a regular basis. - Identify market trends and propose strategic initiatives to capture new opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect, qualify, and acquire new clients within the assigned area. - Conduct frequent face‑to‑face visits with existing and potential customers. - Manage end‑to‑end sales process: quotations, order entry, payment follow‑up, and after‑sales support. - Collaborate with Sales Director, Marketing Director, and Technical Support to align strategies and resolve customer issues. - Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics as required. - Analyze market needs, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 3 years proven B2B sales experience. - Strong negotiation and customer relationship management abilities. - Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems). - Ability to work independently, set priorities, and drive strategic initiatives. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Industry knowledge in sectors such as home appliances, construction, or distribution is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant sales or industry certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person) are advantageous but not mandatory.
