Job Description
**Job title** Sales Manager **Role Summary** Strategic and operational leader responsible for driving sales growth and channel development within a designated country. Leads the full sales life cycle, develops and executes sales strategy, manages budgets, builds partner networks, coordinates marketing initiatives, and ensures accurate forecasting and CRM utilization. **Expactations** - Achieve and exceed sales volume and revenue targets. - Expand and strengthen channel partner network. - Provide accurate sales forecasts, market reports, and KPI dashboards. - Maintain high engagement and support for channel partners. - Ensure consistent application of CRM (Salesforce) and inventory management systems. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and roadmap sales strategy for assigned product/service line. - Establish sales budgets and cascade targets to the team. - Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. - Conduct market research and map customer/partner requirements. - Identify, recruit, and onboard potential partners in the country. - Lead vendor relations aligned with corporate strategy. - Oversee inventory control and stock management. - Build and maintain strong relationships with top partners. - Maintain a robust channel/customer database and derive actionable insights. - Provide channel partners with high-level engagement, support, and issue resolution. - Coordinate with marketing to design and execute targeted campaigns and programs. - Deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports. - Promote company and product line within the region. - Implement Salesforce CRM processes for leads, opportunities, and deal registration. **Required Skills** - Strategic sales planning & execution - Full sales cycle management - Market research & competitive analysis - Partner & vendor relationship management - Inventory & stock management - CRM expertise (Salesforce.com) - Data analysis & KPI reporting - Strong communication & negotiation skills - Cross‑functional collaboration (sales, marketing, finance) - Digital marketing coordination **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field. - Minimum 5–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in retail and electronics. - Proven experience with major retailers (e.g., Aswak Assalam, Marjane, Electroplanet, Carrefour). - Electronics industry background with hands‑on exposure to Huawei, OPPO, or Honor brands. - Industry‑specific certifications (e.g., sales or product management) preferred.
