Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineer – Intelligence & Autonomous Systems Role Summary: Design and develop the core intelligence and automation engine that ingests enterprise signals, synthesizes real‑time insights, and orchestrates autonomous workflows across IT, security, and operations domains. Expectations: Deliver scalable, data‑intensive systems that convert fragmented operational signals into actionable dashboards and automated orchestrations; collaborate closely with product and customer success leadership to translate business challenges into technical solutions; drive architecture and technical vision for a platform that enables autonomous enterprise operations. Key Responsibilities: - Build agentic systems that reason across enterprise operational domains. - Integrate signals from IT, security, third‑party risk, and operational systems. - Transform fragmented data into real‑time insights and unified operational dashboards. - Design and implement scalable automation to generate reports, dashboards, and orchestrate workflows. - Collaborate with product leadership to define and deliver scalable solutions. - Shape platform architecture, technical vision, and engineering culture. Required Skills: - Proven experience building data‑intensive, distributed, or highly integrated systems. - Fluency in Python, Go, or TypeScript with emphasis on clean, scalable architecture. - Systems‑thinking mindset linking intelligence, automation, and action. - Passion for intelligence‑first automation, including perception, reasoning, and autonomous action. - Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or applied AI systems. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Professional Cloud Architect) are welcome but not mandatory.
