The Role
We’re seeking a software engineer to help build the core intelligence and automation engine of TruOps. You will work directly with the head of product & head of customer success to translate complex operational and cybersecurity challenges into systems that ingest, reason, and act.
You’ll help build frameworks that:
Integrate signals from across enterprise operations, including IT, security, third-party risk, and operational systems.
Transform fragmented, complex data into real-time insights and unified operational dashboards.
Automate work — generating reports, dashboards, and orchestrated workflows reliably and at scale.
Enable organizations to act intelligently, efficiently, and with reduced operational risk.

What You’ll Do
Build agentic systems that reason across enterprise operational domains.
Turn fragmented signals into actionable insights and agentic workflows.
Develop frameworks that allow TruOps to generate dashboards, reports, and orchestrate operations autonomously.
Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex operational challenges into scalable solutions.
Shape the architecture, technical vision, and culture of a platform redefining enterprise operations.
Who You Are
Experienced building data-intensive, distributed, or highly integrated systems.
Fluent in Python, Go, or TypeScript, with an emphasis on clean, scalable architecture.
Thinks in systems: how intelligence, automation, and action connect.
Passionate about intelligence-first automation: designing systems that perceive, reason, and act autonomously.
Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or applied AI systems.
