Job Description
Job title: Assistant Production (Festival) Role Summary: 6‑month full‑time internship (January 2026) focused on festival operations and visitor experience. Supports staff coordination, accreditation, accessibility, and experiential elements in collaboration with production, scenography, marketing, and F&B teams. Expectations: • Deliver high‑quality operational support and experience quality. • Demonstrate strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills. • Adapt quickly to evolving festival requirements. • Manage multiple tasks with reliability and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accreditation & cashless solution – configure, size and order bracelets, TPE, charging stations; deploy and troubleshoot in partnership with vendor. 2. Operational staff management – supervise entry, banking, information, merchandising posts; conduct briefings, assign duties, gather and analyse staff feedback. 3. Recruitment & administrative follow‑up of role leads – handle contracts, invoicing and resource tracking. 4. Base‑life reception – coordinate check‑in, supplier welcome, equipment distribution and tracking. 5. Accessibility (PMR) – implement access points and assistive services. 6. Partner association reception – align schedules, brief teams, ensure smooth hand‑over. 7. Signage – monitor needs, place orders, liaise with design for production drawings. 8. Experiential offerings – develop stands, coordinate partner activations, support event team in creating engaging public spaces. 9. Logistical support – contribute to planning, procurement and coordination with external suppliers. Required Skills: • Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, Notion or similar tools. • Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and multitasking abilities. • Proactive, autonomous problem‑solving mindset. • Effective written and verbal communication in French and English. • Team‑oriented, relational, and responsive to on‑the‑ground changes. Required Education & Certifications: • Current enrolment in a degree or diploma programme in event management, logistics, hospitality or related field. • Familiarity with event production basics (planning, supply chain, staffing). • Possession of a valid driving licence (B) preferred.

Job Title: Assistant PR & Talent Relations Manager (Internship) Role Summary: Assist the PR & Talent Relations Manager in executing and monitoring press, influencer, and talent campaigns across music, cultural, artistic, and travel events. Support media communication, data management, reporting, and talent logistics.
