Job Title: Assistant PR & Talent Relations Manager (Internship)
Role Summary:
Assist the PR & Talent Relations Manager in executing and monitoring press, influencer, and talent campaigns across music, cultural, artistic, and travel events. Support media communication, data management, reporting, and talent logistics.
Expectations:
* 6‑month full‑time internship starting January 2026
* Deliver timely, accurate support in media and talent operations
* Maintain high standards of organization and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
* Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and invitations
* Build and update media and influencer databases (France & international)
* Create targeted lists for music, culture, art, travel, lifestyle, and luxury verticals
* Monitor and follow up on media and influencer requests (accreditations, interviews, etc.)
* Collect, analyze, and report press and influencer performance metrics
* Update and maintain KPI dashboards and tracking tools
* Prepare artist, guest, and influencer profiles, briefs, and logistical information
* Coordinate event logistics: invitations, reminders, onsite coordination
* Maintain and structure talent databases (artists, agents, managers, cultural institutions)
* Conduct ongoing media, influencer, and cultural trend monitoring
* Provide editorial and cultural insights relevant to music, arts, luxury, and immersive experiences
Required Skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication in French; strong English proficiency
* Research and database management skills
* Ability to produce clear, concise media and influencer content
* Strong organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
* Detail‑oriented, proactive, and self‑driven
* Team‑player with relational interpersonal skills
* Keen interest in music, culture, and creative industries
Required Education & Certifications:
* Current student in Communication, Public Relations, Cultural Management, Marketing, Event Management, or Business School
* Prior experience via internship or alternation in communications, PR, production, or artist management is preferred
