Job Description
Job title: Graphic Design Intern Role Summary: Junior level graphic design role supporting creative, marketing, communications, and sales teams to produce visual assets for digital, print, and web channels within established brand guidelines. Expectations: Work 20 hours per week in a hybrid setting; participate in the full design cycle from concept to final presentation; incorporate feedback; maintain brand consistency; manage multiple tasks independently. Key Responsibilities: • Design graphics, page layouts, and marketing materials for digital and print. • Reformat, resize, and manage creative assets. • Collaborate with Creative Director and team members to brainstorm concepts and strategies. • Integrate team feedback into designs. • Ensure brand consistency across all projects. • Support research, prototype creation, and final presentation preparation. • Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, Figma, and Microsoft Office. • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography. • Creative thinking with attention to detail. • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Self‑motivated and receptive to feedback. Required Education & Certifications: • Junior or senior in college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field. • Portfolio demonstrating design work.
