Job Description
Job title: Production Coordinator, Creative Group Role Summary: Coordinates all aspects of live event production, ensuring timely delivery of schedules, vendor relations, staffing, and logistics while maintaining accurate documentation and financial tracking. Expectations: Demonstrate strong work ethic, innovative thinking, effective communication, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and distribute production bible, schedules, and call sheets. • Develop and manage supply lists, equipment needs, and vendor onboarding. • Coordinate vendor payments, invoice coding, and timely settlement. • Oversee front‑of‑house operations, acting as liaison between vendors and show‑calling teams. • Recruit, schedule, and supervise event staff, including PA’s and door personnel. • Manage event installations, equipment, utilities, and supply logistics. • Administer transactions, file receipts, reconcile expenses, and track costs. • Process contracts and SOWs in partnership with legal. • Support general administrative duties such as meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and shipping. Required Skills: • Prior experience as Production Coordinator in fashion or related industry. • Exceptional verbal and written communication. • Strong organizational, time‑management, and prioritization abilities. • Team‑oriented mindset with client‑focus. • Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, able to follow through. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Required Education & Certifications: • Undergraduate degree. • Minimum 1‑2 years experience in event production (in‑house or agency). • Willingness to travel worldwide.
