Pourquoi IAD Business School ? Notre objectif a été de mettre en place une structure offrant des diplômes reconnus au niveau national et international avec, en parallèle, un programme permettant à l’excellence de se révéler, à ces potentiels de se développer. Nous voulons que ces jeunes passent d’un rôle de simple acteur à celui de leader. Nous voulons qu’ils deviennent les managers responsables et engagés de demain. Le programme de coaching Il est construit en trois cercles concentriques : •l’individu au centre (connaissance de soi, projet professionnel…) •la classe ensuite, avec un travail collectif sur un projet social •et à un niveau plus transversal enfin, celui de l’école, avec la Junior Entreprise et un travail de promotion de l’éthique dans les affaires. L’éthique pose de nombreuses questions et apporte des réponses dans ce que doit être le comportement dans les affaires. Cette réflexion représente également une aide précieuse dans les nombreuses décisions que prend quotidiennement un manager, que ce soit dans son activité corporate, dans les rapports employeur / employé, les partenaires de l’entreprise ou bien dans les relations avec les services d’Etat.
