SEO SEA SMO GMO Instructor
**Role Summary**
Deliver comprehensive training in search engine optimization, paid search, social media optimization, and global marketing optimization to students and professionals. Design, present, and evaluate curriculum that integrates theory, practical exercises, and real‑world case studies.
**Expectations**
- Mastery of all four domains (SEO, SEA, SMO, GMO) with current industry best practices.
- Ability to develop engaging learning materials and adapt content to varied learner levels.
- Continuous assessment of learner progress and constructive feedback.
- Active participation in performance reviews and curriculum improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and conduct live or recorded lessons covering search strategy, audit, on‑page/off‑page tactics, technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, community management, omnichannel visibility, e‑reputation, and AI integration.
- Create workshops, case studies, and simulation projects to reinforce concepts.
- Update and maintain course modules, slides, guides, and practical assignments.
- Evaluate student work (presentations, reports, projects) and track individual growth metrics.
- Serve on examination panels and provide professional guidance on marketing projects.
- Iterate course design based on learner feedback and emerging digital trends.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced SEO skills: SERP analysis, keyword research, content strategy, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and linking.
- Proven SEA expertise: Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping), Meta Ads, campaign setup, optimization, and acquisition strategy.
- SMO proficiency: TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, community management, organic and paid amplification.
- GMO competency: omni‑channel visibility management, multi‑platform presence, e‑reputation, and AI‑based optimization.
- Tool fluency: Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, Notion, Canva, and other relevant platforms.
- Pedagogic abilities: curriculum design, instructional delivery, learner motivation, communication, organization, and rigor.
- Continuous learning mindset, staying current with AI, performance, and digital marketing trends.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in SEO, SEA, SMO, and GMO across diverse projects.
- Valid certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent digital marketing credentials are preferred.
