Job title: Product Marketing Manager – Team Lead Role Summary Lead the product marketing strategy for a global children’s app portfolio, managing a cross‑functional team and driving go‑to‑market, lifecycle marketing, and brand positioning initiatives across digital channels. Expectations - 5+ years of People Leadership and 5–10 years in Product Marketing. - Strategic thinker capable of executing detailed marketing plans. - Data‑driven decision maker with strong analytical skills. - Customer‑first mindset and excellent communicator. - Ability to balance long‑term vision with day‑to‑day execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Own and maintain the product marketing roadmap aligned with customer needs and growth strategy for both the core app line and bundled subscription service. 2. Define and launch go‑to‑market strategies for new products, ensuring cross‑functional coordination with product, design, and analytics teams. 3. Oversee lifecycle, customer engagement, and customer care marketing teams, setting priorities, reviewing performance, and optimizing campaign ROI. 4. Develop and uphold brand frameworks, voice, and creative guidelines across all channels (CRM, YouTube, App Store, social media). 5. Build and manage cross‑channel campaign strategies, collaborating with channel owners to deliver integrated brand experiences. 6. Produce regular KPI and performance reports, interpret data to refine marketing tactics, and present insights to executive stakeholders. 7. Approve creative briefs, provide feedback, and ensure deliverables meet brand and campaign intent. 8. Identify and nurture partnership opportunities with external platforms (Apple, Google, Amazon) and internal stakeholders across the larger corporate ecosystem. 9. Stay current on market research, trend analysis, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
