Job Description
**Job Title**: B2C Customer Service Agent (4‑Month Fixed Term Contract) **Role Summary**: Provide high‑quality support to business‑to‑consumer customers across phone and digital channels. Manage orders, returns, inquiries, and complaints using CRM and Contact Centre Solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant consumer protection legislation. **Expectations**: - Meet or exceed call‑handle, response‑time, and customer‑satisfaction metrics. - Accurately document all interactions and actions in the CRM. - Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a proactive attitude. - Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product, order, and return processes. **Key Responsibilities**: - Handle inbound customer interactions via phone and electronic channels. - Process and manage direct orders in line with internal sales procedures. - Respond promptly and professionally to general and order‑specific inquiries. - Manage return requests, update systems, and follow company procedures. - Provide order status updates and delivery tracking support. - Log all activities in the CRM for effective case management. - Resolve complex complaints and appropriately escalation for resolution. - Share process improvements and customer‑feedback insights. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and After‑Sales teams. - Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Line Manager. **Required Skills**: - Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in customer service. - Proficient with CRM systems and consumer‑rights legislation (Consumer Rights Act, Distance Selling Regulations). - Strong verbal and written communication; ability to de‑escalate challenging situations. - Excellent data‑entry, typing, and analytical capabilities. - Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP or Salesforce highly desirable. - Strong time‑management, goal‑orientation, and multitasking abilities. **Required Education & Certifications**: - Minimum secondary (high‑school) education or equivalent; higher education not required unless explicitly noted. - No specific certifications mandated, though familiarity with consumer‑rights legislation and CRM tools is essential.
