Job Specifications

We’re looking for a passionate Customer Services Agent to join our UK Operations Team on a 4-month Fixed Term Contract!

As a Customer Services Agent, you’ll be part of our fast paced Operations department, working within our dynamic Business-to-Consumer Customer Service team. You’ll be based in our modern office in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

What You’ll Do

Handle customer interactions via phone and electronic channels using our Contact Centre Solution and CRM systems.
Manage direct customer orders in line with internal sales processes.
Respond promptly and professionally to general and order-specific enquiries.
Process return requests and update systems according to company procedures.
Provide order status updates and delivery tracking support.
Log all actions in CRM for effective case management.
Manage complex complaints and escalate appropriately for resolution.
Share feedback to improve customer service processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, After Sales Support).
Perform ad-hoc duties as required by your Line Manager.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in Customer Service is essential.
Familiarity with CRM systems and relevant legislation (Consumer Rights Act, Distance Selling Regulations).
Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to handle challenging complaints.
Excellent data entry, typing, and analytical skills.
Professional, empathetic approach to issue resolution.
Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and Salesforce knowledge is highly desirable.
Strong time management and goal-oriented mindset.
