Associate Marketing Program Manager
**Role Summary**
Design and execute full‑funnel marketing programs for a reagent component portfolio (enzymes, antibodies, antigens, VLPs, competent cells, DSM). Drive demand generation, revenue growth, and market positioning in life‑sciences and therapeutics sectors through multichannel campaigns, ABM, events, and content. Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Commercial Operations to align messaging, targeting, and timing.

- Deliver end‑to‑end campaign strategy and execution that meets revenue and demand‑growth targets.
- Translate complex scientific capabilities into clear, commercially relevant messaging for target segments.
- Foster cross‑functional alignment and data‑driven decision making.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own campaign concept, launch, monitoring, and optimization for reagent components.
- Plan and deliver multichannel campaigns (digital, content, events, email, LinkedIn).
- Develop automated nurture streams and ABM programs for high‑priority accounts.
- Create and maintain organic social media strategy, templates, and guidance.
- Coordinate trade‑show and industry event logistics, collateral, and booth execution.
- Apply test‑and‑learn methodology, iterate messaging and tactics based on performance data.
- Manage lead imports, QA, routing, and collaborate with Marketing Operations for system support.
- Produce sales enablement materials (sell sheets, templates) in partnership with Sales.
- Build internal and external networks to capture Voice of Customer insights and identify KOLs.
- Communicate plans, outcomes, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders.
**Required Skills**
- Experience in program/event marketing, demand generation, or ABM within life‑sciences or related industry.
- Strong project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, email automation, content management, and social media strategy.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign metrics and drive optimization.
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Marketing Executive, HubSpot Inbound Marketing).
