Job title: Business Analyst – Business Transformation (Insurance) Role Summary: Analyze and design business processes for insurance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with Target Operating Model (TOM), regulatory standards, and stakeholder requirements. Expectations: Deliver clear, actionable requirements, process enhancements, and business cases that support strategic decisions and measurable KPI outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements. - Review existing processes, identify gaps versus TOM, and recommend improvements. - Design, prototype, and roll out new processes and business capabilities. - Prepare business cases, cost‑benefit analyses, and impact assessments. - Support change management activities, including training plans and communications. - Track KPIs to evaluate TOM effectiveness and report findings. - Ensure processes comply with regulatory and industry standards. - Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Required Skills: - Business analysis and requirements engineering. - Process mapping and optimisation (BPMN, UML). - Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Strong documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management. - Attention to detail and regulatory compliance knowledge in insurance. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in complex environments.
