Job title: Junior Solutions Architect – Recipe Management Systems (RMS)
Role Summary:
An entry‑level contract architect responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Recipe Management Systems within semiconductor manufacturing environments. The role requires collaboration with engineering, MES, and automation teams to ensure recipe integrity, data integration, and smooth rollout of process recipes.
Expectations:
- Deliver 12‑month remote contract work with up to 25 % travel.
- Apply RMS expertise to meet customer and project requirements.
- Produce documentation, dashboards, and testing artifacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model and integrate RMS solutions into semiconductor production lines.
- Lead configuration of recipe structures, version control, parameters, and approval workflows.
- Ensure data flow between RMS, MES, APC/SPC, equipment interfaces, and metrology systems.
- Build dashboards, reports, and alerts for recipe monitoring and compliance.
- Test, validate, and deploy new or updated recipes (dry runs, simulation, rollout).
- Troubleshoot recipe‑related issues across equipment, data flow, and interfaces.
- Document technical designs, configuration standards, change procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Contribute to improvement of solution templates, best practices, and standard configurations.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience with Recipe Management Systems or related semiconductor manufacturing systems (MES, APC, SPC, equipment automation).
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, tool recipes, and equipment integration.
- Database experience and understanding of data flow between RMS, MES, and automation systems.
- Proficiency in scripting or automation (Python, shell, C#, or similar).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process control skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to interface with cross‑functional teams.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
