Job Description
**Job Title:** Bilingual Experiential Education Intern **Role Summary:** Internship focused on planning, coordinating, and executing virtual and in‑person educational programs across Canada. Will support event logistics, speaker coordination, tour leadership, and client liaison roles. Experience in event management, travel, and team leadership is essential. **Expectations:** Full‑time, 40+ hours per week for 4 months (January‑April). Must travel across Canada as a Tour Leader. Work schedule may vary, including weekend shift work. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and logistically support events, ensuring speaker coordination, activity execution, and budget compliance. - Execute in‑person and virtual events, providing technical support for digital platforms. - Lead tours as a front‑line liaison, guiding Brand Ambassadors to schools and community spaces nationwide. - Represent the program to clients, stakeholders, and community contacts. - Manage event setup, tear‑down, detailed reporting, and on‑site feedback collection. - Perform general administrative duties: scheduling, note‑taking, and communications. - Participate in internal planning meetings and post‑event reviews. - Collaborate with senior team members and work independently as required. **Required Skills:** - Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset. - Comfortable with frequent travel and flexible schedules. - Strong interpersonal skills; effective with youth and educators. - Proven team leader and logistics manager. - Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with keen attention to detail. - Calm problem‑solver under pressure. - Confident written and verbal communicator. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Valid Ontario G‑class driver’s licence is an asset. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in marketing, event management, education, hospitality, or a related post‑graduate field. - No additional certifications required.
