Title: Bilingual Experiential Education (XE) Intern – Winter 2026
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid In Office 3x/Week, Travel may be required)
Role Overview
Are you passionate about creating impactful events and educating youth on meaningful topics?
Proof Experiences is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated co-op/intern student to join our Experiential Marketing team as a Bilingual Experiential Education Intern!
In this role, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and execute both virtual and in-person educational programs that engage youth across Canada. A significant portion of the internship may include travel (if you are selected for the travelling tour role), where you’ll serve as a Tour Leader, guiding a team of Brand Ambassadors as they promote positive messages at schools and community spaces nationwide. You’ll gain valuable experience in event planning, logistics, and tour management—all while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and purpose-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
· Support event logistics and planning, including speaker coordination, activity execution, and sourcing within program budgets
· Assist with both in-person and virtual event execution, including tech support for digital programs
· Travel (if needed) as a Tour Leader across Canada to support school-based and community events
· Represent the program as a front-line liaison with clients, stakeholders, and community contacts
· Assist with event setup, tear-down, reporting, and field feedback
· Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling, note-taking, and client communications
· Participate in internal program planning meetings and post-event reviews
· Collaborate with senior team members and work independently as needed
· Be flexible and prepared for frequent travel and occasional weekend work
Who you are:
· Fluency in English required; Bilingual (French/English) is also a strong asset
· You thrive on the road and are comfortable with travel and flexible schedules
· A people-person who connects well with youth and educators
· Comfortable leading teams and managing logistics
· Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
· Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure
· Confident communicator—both written and verbal
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excited about outreach, team coordination, and making a real impact

What you’ve done:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
· Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in marketing, event management, education, hospitality, or a relevant post-grad field
· Possess a valid Ontario G-class driver’s license (must be 21+ to rent vehicles—considered an asset)
Salary & Requirements:
· Term: 4 months (January-April)
· Hours: Full-time (40+ hours/week; schedule may vary based on program needs)
· Compensation: $800/week
