Job title: Business Analyst
Role Summary:
Support the delivery of enterprise AI and automation solutions by translating business needs into technical requirements. Focus on business process analysis, stakeholder engagement, functional requirement documentation, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of conversational AI and intelligent knowledge systems.
Expectations:
- Provide clean, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Drive alignment among business, technical, and delivery teams.
- Ensure solutions meet business goals and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate change management, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery, opportunity identification, and use‑case definition for AI automation.
- Capture functional requirements: current and desired processes, user journeys, data flows, integration needs.
- Design conversational experiences (intents, decision trees, triggers) for platforms such as Slack, Teams, ServiceNow, Salesforce.
- Support configuration, validation, and testing of AI use cases to maintain alignment with objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication: demos, updates, feedback sessions, and executive reporting.
- Conduct knowledge and content reviews to identify gaps and optimize self‑service content for machine learning.
- Champion AI‑ready content best practices across platforms like SharePoint, ServiceNow, Highspot.
- Drive change management through training, communication, and feedback collection.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years business analysis experience, ideally with enterprise SaaS, AI, or automation platforms.
- Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms: ServiceNow, Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and support implementation.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Preferred certifications: CBAP (IIBA), PMI‑PBA, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile credential.
- Optional AI/ML or automation training (e.g., Microsoft AI Fundamentals, UiPath, Dialogflow).
