Job Description
Job title: Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Partner Role Summary: Lead strategic in‑house recruiting for a high‑growth digital marketing agency, focusing on quality hires in SEO, account management, design, and technology roles. Partner directly with senior leadership to shape hiring strategy, manage end‑to‑end recruitment, and support people operations and employer branding initiatives. Expectations: - Deliver fewer, high‑impact hires with superior candidate experience. - Maintain visibility with executive leadership and influence workforce planning. - Transition to broader people‑ops responsibilities as hiring demand fluctuates. - Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, metrics, and ATS effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Scope role requirements in collaboration with business leaders. - Build and sustain pipelines for hard‑to‑fill positions. - Own sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. - Track and report hiring metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, candidate satisfaction). - Maintain and cleanse the ATS and candidate database. - Contribute to organization design and quarterly workforce planning. - Advise on recruiting strategy, employer branding, and scaling best practices. - Support onboarding, engagement, and other people‑ops projects. - Collaborate with marketing to promote employer brand. Required Skills: - 3–6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably with progressive agency or firm roles. - Proven success hiring specialized, high‑stakes tech and marketing positions. - Ability to work independently with executives and challenge assumptions. - Strong sourcing and pipeline development for hard‑to‑fill roles. - Proficiency in ATS management and recruiting analytics. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills. - Self‑directed, resourceful, and solution‑oriented. - Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience. - U.S. residency required. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (preferred; not mandatory if coupled with relevant experience). - Professional recruiting certifications (e.g., AIRS, SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter Labs) considered a plus.
