The Role

We’re looking for a Recruiter & Talent Partner who wants to do the best work of their career.

This role is perfect for someone who’s already advanced within a recruiting firm (maybe promoted from associate → senior → lead) and is ready to move into an in-house position where the focus is on quality over quantity.

Instead of juggling 30 reqs, you’ll zero in on a handful of strategic, high-impact hires (SEO leads, account managers, designers, and other roles that directly shape our future).

We don’t want an order-taker. We want a strategic partner: someone who brings ideas, challenges assumptions, and moves projects forward.

If/when hiring slows down, you’ll lean into People Ops and company branding projects that keep us ready for future growth. 

What You’ll Do

Partner directly with leadership to scope roles, source candidates, and close hires.
Build ongoing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
Own the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction).
Maintain our ATS and candidate database.
Support org design and workforce planning (what roles we need next quarter).
Advise on recruiting strategy, employer branding, and best practices for scaling teams.
Assist with HR/People Ops projects: onboarding / welcome materials, engagement initiatives, etc. 
Partner with marketing to showcase Honest Digital and position the company in the best possible way for potential candidates.

What You Bring

3 - 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency or firm background with proven promotion track).
Strong success hiring for specialized, high-stakes roles in the tech and marketing sectors.
Comfortable working with executives and pushing back with confidence.
Curious, resourceful, and wired to solve problems, not just follow processes.
Passion for delivering a candidate experience you’d be proud to put your name on.
Candidates must have a home address within the United States.
