Job title: Human Resources Business Partner Role Summary: Strategic HR partner delivering end‑to‑end people solutions across operations. Works closely with senior leadership to shape workforce strategy, drive talent development, manage employee relations, and support organizational transformation. Acts as an influential advisor to senior stakeholders, facilitating decisions that enhance business performance and culture. Expactations: - Rapid progression toward an HR Director role within two years. - Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑cultural teams. - Flexibility for regional travel and multilingual communication. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives. - Design and implement talent development initiatives targeting future leaders. - Manage employee relations, including engagement, conflict resolution, and works council collaboration. - Lead change management activities and transformation projects. - Ensure compliance with local and European employment legislation. - Deliver HR metrics and insights to inform decision‑making. - Provide guidance on structure, succession planning, and workforce planning. Required Skills: - Strategic HR partnership experience at senior level in complex, international, customer‑focused environments. - Strong business acumen and analytical capability. - Effective influence and stakeholder management across diverse cultures. - Expertise in talent strategy, employee relations, and organizational development. - Experience with works council engagement and collective bargaining. - Fluency in Dutch, French, and English. - Ability to travel regionally as required. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - HR professional certification (SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
